Psalm 92:13-15 13 Those who are planted in the house of the Lord Shall flourish in the courts of our God.14 They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing,15 To declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him. The life of the “planted believer” is very different to the popularized life of the “pot plant Christian”. The pot plant Christian can be placed right amongst all the other plants but its roots never go down deep into the ground. It may well be in the right location, but its fruit will always be limited. It’s never really committed to the garden around it and can move to another garden with little effort, always leaving a space and affecting the look of the garden but with no effect to the pot plant itself. |
